HGV Cancellation protection


The optional HGV Cancellation protection policy insures you in following cases: unability to make the trip, termination of your journey or delayed commencement of your booked stay.

What you need to know:
Children:
All children are welcome and children from 0-3 stay free of charge

for children from 3-10 years of age 30 % reduction for extra bed in parent’s room

for chilren from 11 - 15 years 10% reduction for extra bed in parent’s room

Reduction of 10% for children over 10 years of age sleeping in parent’s room

a cot costs 10,00 Euros per day 		Day Off:
Wednesday is our day off, and that means that you will get breakfast, but no evening meal.

You will naturally only be charged bed and breakfast on this day (10,00 Euro reduction – already calculated in our offer weeks).
Surcharges:
Surcharge for up to three nights + 10%
Single room surcharge: 3,00 Euros per day
Surcharge for single occupancy of double room: 13,00 Euros per day 		Arrival and Departure:
Your room is ready for you after 12 a.m. We ask you to vacate your room by 11 a.m. on departure otherwise we will have to charge you for an extra day. We will gladly look after your luggage in reception if you are leaving later.
Dogs:
You are welcome to bring your dog with you (with basket or blanket). Please not that your dog is not allowed in the dining rooms. We charge 3 Euros per day (without food). 		Payment:
You can pay your bill in cash or by credit card.
Price Reduction:
For stays of 3 weeks we offer a reduction of 5% (not in combination with offer weeks). 		Cancellation:
You can cancel your holiday up to a month beforehand free of charge. For short-term cancellations we try and rent out the room. If this is not possible, we will charge you 90% of the nightly rate. The same applies to people leaving earlier or arriving later than booked.
